Two nights ago at 3 am he was with other two destitute Russians, who were in the habit of sleeping in Chinese boats alongside the French Bund, decided to bathe. He stripped and dived into the Whangpoo; he had been drinking prior. His companions, who later found his clothes, reported the matter to the French Police. The body was naked except for a pair of socks and it was discovered off the French Bund.”
