  • Notes // Примечания: Tatiana Rudenko became the wife of the well-known Shanghai photographer Oscar Yanovich Seepol, b. 1903 in Riga; they married in February 1934. She was born 1913 in Primorsky province and was once a resident of Tientsin. The couple moved to Bombay, where their daughters were born, Victoria, in 1936, and Helen, in 1937. Tatiana died of tuberculosis, and in 1941, Seepol moved back to Shanghai, raising his daughters as a single parent, working in industrial and portrait photography, and eventually moving the family to the USA.
