E. Schitt-Schutt, shot and killed himself in an adjoining office room in the Glen Line Building, and Ida Snyder was believed to have suffered from shock. On Tuesday, she was found lying unconscious on a sofa in her home at 10 Linda Terrace and later took the sleeping potion, which proved fatal. She had lived in Shanghai for 14 years and was survived by her husband and a three-year-old son.
