- Notes // Примечания: Korenoff died in the General Hospital after an acute attack of cholera. “The funeral of the late Mr Boris Michael Korenoff, Assistant Station Officer, who died from the after effects of cholera, took place in the chapel of the International Funeral Directors and later at Lokawei Cemetery. In the procession were the deceased’s wife, his parents and a full compliment of firemenm headed by Capt. J. G. Dyson. Six assistant station officers were the pallbearers. As an escort there were more than 100 Settlement firemen, and representatives of the French and Chinese Brigades, with 12 fire machines.”
